We’ll help you manage up to three accounts (net new or existing) and be the voice of your business when you can’t be. This includes reply etiquette and training with you or your team.
Social media posts: So you’ve opened some social media accounts, but now you’re stuck on what to say, when to say it, and how to say it. No problem – we’ll work with you on your goals, and co-create up to 30 social media posts per month with you.
We’ll then schedule these posts to be published at the most optimum time for your audience, and work with you to create pre-approved responses to any queries for these 20 updates.
Blog posts: Any social media business goal needs to be supported with great content, and there’s no better avenue for that than your own blog. Combined with your social media posts, you can really start to build your business story.
We’ll brainstorm with you on topics and goals, and then create and publish four blog posts per month. These will be optimized for your business goals, and to provide actionable impact for you and your audience.
Audience Strategy: The wonderful thing about social media is it allows you and your business to communicate directly and honestly with your customers. But who are your customers, and where and how do they prefer to be contacted?
We’ll identify the best opportunities for your business based on your target audience and your goals for them – awareness, intent to buy, lead generation, etc. Then we’ll create a strategy to help you meet that audience head on.
Engagement Plan: So you’ve found your audience. You’ve identified opportunities and where to focus your time and energy. But that’s only half the battle.
After creating your audience strategy, we’ll work with you on creating an engagement plan – when to use paid media, when to post for optimal impact, when not to engage customers, and how you can use automation to take away some of the leg work.
